Shipping policy

Orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. Most orders leave within 1 to 3 business days, and tracking is emailed the moment the parcel ships.

Rates
United States and Canada: $6.95 flat. Free shipping on every order over $99, so every 4-bottle pack ships free.

Delivery time
United States: 2 to 5 business days after shipping.
Canada: 4 to 8 business days after shipping. Duties and taxes, if any, are collected at checkout or by the carrier.

Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, email support@luxurygel.com with your order number and we reship or refund.
