30 days. Full refund. Keep the bottle.

If you are not happy with a LuxuryGel body wash for any reason, email support@luxurygel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We refund the full price of that bottle to your original payment method. You keep the bottle. No return label, no questions.

Packs and gift boxes
Any bottle in a 2-bottle pack or a 4-bottle gift box can be swapped for a different scent within 30 days. Tell us which scent to send and we ship it free.

Damaged or wrong item
If a bottle arrives damaged or you received the wrong scent, send a photo to support@luxurygel.com and we ship a replacement at no cost.

Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of your email. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.

Sample tubes
30 ml sample tubes are not refundable, but the 30-day guarantee covers every full-size bottle in the same order.
